NESFA Press offers a 40% discount on mixed orders of $250 or more retail or for five or more copies of a single title.

We also accept prepaid STOP orders from the book trade for single titles with a 20% discount.

We accept purchase orders only with previously-established credit. We do not offer a single title discount for orders which we must bill or via our online store except when arranged in advance.

Shipping and shipping charges

For orders paid in advance (Check, major credit card, or PayPal) we charge domestic postage of $5 for a single book ($12 for 2-5 books; $3 per book for six or more) for orders made by mail or fax. For orders via our online store, there is a USPS calculator built in. In order to use the Wholesale discount on our online store, you need to have an account and be pre-approved. Please email us for more details.

For shipping to non-US addresses, please add $35 per book for 1-2 books; $25 per book for three or more; for airmail. email us for large international orders via airmail.)

Note: Due to rate increases from the US Postal Service, we have discontinued the rates for International surface shipping.

For orders which we bill, we will charge the actual shipping cost plus $2. In the US, orders normally will be shipped by USPS. Overseas they will normally be shipped by an M-bag via airmail. Faster shipping methods are available upon request, but the customer must pay the added cost.

We can ship by UPS Consignee billing and FedEx Ground Prepaid.
