All NASFiC site selections through 1992 took place shortly after the selection of the corresponding overseas Worldcons. Thus the 1975 through 1987 NASFiCs were chosen two years in advance, and the 1990 and 1995 NASFiCs three years in advance, all with only at-con voting.
1973 (Toronto): At an unofficial site-selection meeting, Los Angeles (Chuck Crayne) defeated Los Angeles (Bruce Pelz). However, I don’t have the voting counts.
1977 (Miami Beach): Louisville ran unopposed, and was chosen by acclamation at the Business Meeting.

For the first time, NASFiC selection was held one year after the selection of the overseas Worldcon (two years in advance), so that both mail and at-con voting were possible.
